Questions
you might have about our
Organic Fertilizer Project for your country
1) Why should farmers use organic fertilizer since urea is so plentiful?
Answer: Because urea is a chemical that does not build humus in the soil. In fact, it destroys it. Humus is needed for natural growth. See the chart comparing our SKAF formula and urea.(Go to our link for Native American Pharmacy and click on the Organic Growers formulas) On the main page for O.G. you will find links to the urea chart with explanations of humus, parasitic nematodes and our Certified Analysis of the main formula.
2) Are all organic fertilizers the same?
Answer: No, cheaper types may use passive humic acid from lignite (coal) which does not work as well. Also there are organic fertilizers from manure, chicken parts, coconut shells and many other things. Manure in fact can contain harmful bacteria. Our main formula, Super Kelp Agro Formula, is from active humic acid derived from plant extracts PLUS other things. While the name includes “ kelp”, the formula has many components some of which are proprietary and cannot be copied.
3) What are some of the benefits farmers will get with your Super Kelp Agro Formula?
Answer: higher yields, longer shelf life, better tasting crops plus farmers will use less water and less pesticides. Also when farmers plant, more seeds germinate. See the SKAF page for the complete list of benefits.
4 Why can’t I just import your finished product without owning any project ?
Answer: We do not exporting finished formula on a long term basis. We want to promote local industry in your country to help someone do the final blending there. So, we let project owners import finished formula during the Option for License stage only if they want to start slower. Then at the agreed time they convert to the second stage called the License Stage and import syrup which we call SERUM rather than concentrate. Remember, liquids are heavy and add costs to freight. Under our License plan the final part of the blending is done in each country with our equipment and technology. So, you do not import finished formula on a long term. Your profits will MORE THAN DOUBLE this way. In fact, when you start by just bringing in the final formula it can be at $4.64 per liter but when you do the final blending yourself, your finished cost per liter may drop to $1.75. This happens because in container quantities you are buying Super Kelp Agro formula in the serum at $17.50 per liter and you will blend each liter of serum into 10 liters of the formula in concentrate which lowers your finished cost to $1.75 U.S. per liter for concentrate sold to farmers.
5) Can anyone buy formula from you?
Answer: No, only the ones who owns projects in the specific country. We don’t sell non owners.
6) Can I just buy the formula from some project licensee in another country if you won’t sell non owners?
Answer: No, one can sell it to you. A licensee wants to protect his own market. He is not just a distributor. He owns a project. He also agreed in his license not to export to any other country or he loses his license. Each licensee is guaranteed no one is going to sell formula in his own country but him and his distributors. Exporting is not allowed and we guarantee each person no one else has the rights to bring formulas into any country but the licensee. Illegal exporting results in termination of the license If someone owns the rights to more than one country of course then this does not apply and he may sell in both.
7) How much profit can I make selling formulas as a licensee?
Answer: We have profit projections for each country covering SKAF, our main formula. In addition to the Super Kelp Agro Formula that has very high profits, we have many agro formulas included with each license plus our natural cleaning formulas for business and industry and our Natural health and beauty formulas as well as the new formula for the oil industry that allows giant oil storage tanks to be cleaned without toxic ingredients and the residue can be kept as #6 heating oil. Each owner can control all the formulas for his market. See the main NAP page for the complete list of formulas included.
8) What help do I get from you if I purchase the license?
Answer: We provide all the blending equipment plus a bottling unit you need in the second phase as part of the project and ship it to you at no extra cost The President of Native American Pharmacy goes there to help set up the equipment. Also our agronomist goes there to assist you in meeting farmers, conducting seminars, and training. In the first phase we give you application recommendations for farmers and instructions how to use the formulas plus our agronomist will also assist you. We will provide you trade leads as we get them and all people wanting to be involved in from your country will be referred to you.
9) Do I start the project in the Option for License Stage or in the License Stage?
Answer: You can do it either way. The difference is if you are in the license stage and doing the final blending your profits will more than double as explained below. Some people want to go directly into this stage rather than spend time in the first stage with half the profits.
10) Can I make installment payments?
Answer: You may pay the Option in two installments. Also the license can be paid in 3 installments. If you make full payment all at one time, we offer you a discount.
11) You established over 17 projects around the world with the old Kozgro® agricultural project and then switched it to Native American Pharmacy. Why?
Answer: We wanted to find ways to do several things: lower project costs to owners and lower formula prices but not reduce benefits of our main formula. We accomplished more than this with the new Organic Growers project. We were able to lower project costs to owners by 50%; lower the main formula price by 50% plus Raise quantity of nitrogen by 800% in the main formula getting an even more potent product. Also we had already worked with Native American Pharmacy for over 15 years with their insect deterrents so we had an established long term relationship dealing with them when we set up the new license program
12) Please explain what quantity of water is needed both in the serum and concentrate.
Answer: When you buy formulas in serum, you do final blending in your own warehouse. Blend in nine parts of water for each one part of serum to make 10 parts of concentrate. Of course you will add other things we give you as well included with the serum. The contents are run through treatment units. This is how you save a lot of money. You are not importing formula with a lot of water and are buying in bulk. When the farmers buy concentrate from you, they apply a total of about 5 liters of SKAF per season per hectare divided into multiple applications as we advise you. When the farmers apply the formula, they will add enough water so it covers the hectare.
13) How much water do farmers add?
Answer: When we tell you for example a farmer for an application should apply 1.5 liters per hectare before he plants his crops, that means he uses 1.5 liters of SKAF concentrate to cover the entire hectare PLUS will add enough water to spread it over the hectare. So, he will use what ever quantity of water he estimates will be enough to apply that 1.5 liters over one hectare.
14) How does he apply it?
Answer: The same way he would apply any other liquids. For examples: a tractor, a back pack sprayer, aerial sprays, drip irrigation,
15) What are some other benefits of the SKAF formula to farmers?
Answer: It helps control parasitic nematodes that thrive from use of chemical fertilizer. Using our Super Kelp Agro Formula allows farmers to reduce the quantity of pesticides they use as well as chemical fertilizers. Also they do not need as much watering as the humus that is formed will help retain water.
16) Any other uses for the Super Kelp Agro Formula?
Answer Yes, The SKAF can be used to help reclaim soil no longer productive. For example in areas that have been strip mined.
17) What about your other agro formulas. Are they going to make us money?
Answer: Yes, we have formulas that compliment the SKAF program. For example, Agri Wet, which is a wetting agent and can be added to any formula. It helps penetrate so it increases the effectiveness of water based agro sprays. H20 at Root formula is a water and nutrient retention amendment for any type of planting or transplanting. Citradyne Plus is for fungus control. All these formulas plus Super KAF, plus the insect deterrents and the other areas of natural cleaning formulas and natural health and beauty formulas are controlled of each project owner.
18) What do I need physically to set up the blending process?
Answer: A warehouse with about 300 sq. meters of space. There is no precise layout although we give you some recommendations. Also space for blending and storing, for sales or administrative area. We supply you all of the pumps, pipes, and motors to do the blending and to store some product when completed. We also supply a bottle filling machine. You can blend all the agro formulas with this equipment. You need an electric outlet for our motors and water on the premises so it can be hooked up to blend. Ordinary water is okay. It takes one or two people to handle the blending operation.
19) What else do you recommend?
Answer: You need to decide what size bottles you want to sell and purchase empty plastic bottles and attach labels, either paper or silk screened. We recommend a f commercial size for farmers like 5 liters and about 1.5 liter size for small farmers. Using very small bottles is not recommended.
20) Okay I want to proceed, what’s next?
Answer: Decide whether the Option phase or License phase. Then decide to make installment payments or pay the funds all at one time to get the discount.
21) Once we start the project and are waiting for the main shipment to arrive, can we get some free samples from you of some of the formulas?
Answer: Of course. We do not send out samples to people who are not serious. Hundreds write all the time asking for samples and have no funds for the project so when we find someone serious in each country we help once they get started.
22) Please tell me if you have U.S. approval from the USDA or EPA for your formulas.
Answer: Many people ask if we have USDA or EPA certification in the U.S. either approving formulas or authorizing them to be sold. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) does not regulate fertilizers. USDA has nothing at all to do with our Organic Growers products and we do not submit formula to them because it is beyond their activities. So USDA does not regulate fertilizers, meaning they do not approve or dis-approve any fertilizer.
EPA stands for Environmental Protection Agency. The U.S. EPA is charged with regulating among other things pesticides. However our Organic Growers formulas are not involved as we have a specific exemption from EPA regulation since our Organic Growers insect deterrents are not chemical pesticides. The ruling states our Organic Growers formulas, being all natural, and in the food chain (like the garlic formula for beans, etc) and safe, are unnecessary to be regulated. They would not regulate our Organic Growers SKAF fertilizer formula unless someone specifically complained that it was biologically hazardous in which case they would investigate to see if that was true. Obviously no one has complained that SKAF is hazardous as it is all natural.
Someone else asked me if our Federal Government “recommended’ our products. No U.S. government agency can “recommend’ products and our government does not say what is good, what they prefer or what people should buy.
23) Why prevent legitimate companies from exporting your formulas if they can make more profits doing it?
Answer: We recognize many companies that contact us are trading companies and would like to export our formulas to any place in the world they can to make profit. However, If we allowed anyone to export our formulas wherever they wanted, the license would be far less valuable as everyone would have formulas competing with each other all over the world. Also there would be no quality control and no way to monitor unscrupulous people. There is far greater profit for each owner doing final blending in his country and selling to farmers in his own country. Why? Because no one can compete with him with our formulas. He and his distributors control the entire market in that country. No one else has our formulas to sell in his country but them. We are protecting legitimate companies by not allowing anyone else to sell in the same country but the licensee and their distributors. Every owner pays a license fee and if they export, we terminate the license and they lose their investment. This is a sufficient incentive for people to be honest and not export so they make bigger profits in their own country and do not lose the license. We are helping to develop new industry for each owner wanting to own and control our formulas for their market
24) Question: (What is the capacity of the equipment and how long does it take to do the blending of one twenty foot container?
Answer: The yearly capacity in liters is almost unlimited. You are basically taking 50 gallons of SKAF serum and transforming it into 500 gallons of SKAF concentrate which takes about one hour. you send it from the mixer and bottle it using the bottle filling machine or transfer it to a holding tank which is larger. As soon as it is out of the mixer, you can make another batch. Depending on how the hours in a day, you can keep it up 24 hours a day.
In about 8 hours you can transform about 110 liters to 1,103 liters of SKAF concentrate.
At that rate you can process 4,125 liters, the full twenty foot container in about 299 hours or about 7 weeks if you use a 40 hour week. and can process about seven full twenty foot containers of SKAF serum per year.
As to the size of the equipment, we reserve the right to change some parts if necessary as long as we provide a full set that is operational.
25). QUESTION: Compare the costs of SKAF and urea for me:
COMPARING COST AND COVERAGE BETWEEN SKAF AND UREA
1 hectare = 2.471 Acres. 1 Acre= 0.404 hectares
1 gallon =3.78 liters
urea 1 mt=1,000 kg=2,204 lbs
5 liters of SKAF is needed for the entire crop season for one hectare divided into 3 applications = 1.32 gallons per hectare for the crop season This is the same as 2.02 liters or 0.533 gallons to cover one acre with 3 applications for the acre for the season.
Urea: 1 metric ton =2,204 lbs= 1,000kg
11 lbs weight = 1 gallon or 3.78 liters so 1 mt= 200.36 gallons or 757 liters.
1 mt urea covers 1.2-to 1.5 hectares using 700-800kg for fruit or 500-600 kg vegetables per hectare per season.
If urea is $135.00 per mt to the licensee or $.135 per kg, it would cost $81.00-$95.00 per hectare for one season.
SKAF cost to Organic Growers Licensee: $1.75 per when you are in the license stage of our project and buying SKAF serum by container which you blend into concentrate.
5 liters or 1.32 gallons needed for one hectare for the entire crop season divided into 3 applications = total cost of $8.75 for the entire season for one hectare.
Since SKAF costs our licensee $8.75 for the 5 liters for the entire season while the urea is up to $95.00, it is obvious that the net cost to the licensee is far less and the licensee can mark it up sufficiently to make an extremely large profit. In fact is the licensee sold it for even $15.00 per liter the selling price would be $75.00 per season while the farmer is paying up to $95.00 for urea and getting a smaller yield, using more pesticides and not getting the other advantages that come from using the SKAF. Also remember the farmer using the SKAF will need less water, less pesticides and will have more seeds germinating and get a higher yield to make more money when he sells his crops.
